Industrial transformation: our automation project for Aluproject

Aluproject, a company specializing in the machining of aluminum profiles for the furniture, lighting, and industrial sectors, involved us in a project to automate the different welding phases of their products.

In response to this challenge, we immediately set to work, committing to provide a tailor-made automation solution and the necessary training support to ensure a smooth transition to automation.

Our project developed in these steps:

• Defining the optimal welding process
  We started the project by performing internal tests to define the welding process best suited to Aluproject’s specific needs. This fundamental step laid the foundations for a successful implementation of the solution.
• Specialized training for operators
  We have dedicated ourselves to the training of all operators involved. Our team shared expertise on welding and the efficient use of robots, ensuring a smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Automation design and implementation
  With the information gained, we designed and implemented a tailor-made automation solution. This solution included not only the integration of welding robots, but also a vacuum system to further improve process efficiency.
