Our automatic electrode changer has been developed to meet the specific needs of TIG welding professionals.

Here are its main technical features:

• Adaptable magazine
  The system is equipped with a magazine capable of holding up to 36 electrodes, offering unprecedented flexibility in their management. In addition, it can be configured to suit different operating requirements.
• Wide range of diameters
  The solution supports electrodes of varying diameters, including 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm and 4 mm, providing maximum versatility and adaptability to application specifications.
• Dual pneumatic valve
  The system incorporates a dual pneumatic valve for precise control of the opening/closing clamps on both the torch and the feeder, ensuring smooth and reliable electrode changes.
• Electrode height calibration point
  To ensure extreme precision, the system includes a dedicated electrode height calibration point so that the electrodes are positioned correctly for optimal welding.
• Integrated levelling system
  The solution is equipped with a levelling system for ground fixing, ensuring stability during the welding process.
• Container for used electrodes
  For greater convenience and cleanliness in the workplace, the system includes a special container for used electrodes, simplifying the disposal process and reducing mess.
• Customization and patenting
  We recognize that every welding application is unique and, therefore, we offer the possibility to customize our automatic changeover system to meet specific needs and ensure an optimized welding experience.

Furthermore, we are proud to announce that our innovative automatic TIG welding changeover system has been the subject of a patent application (number 102023000015576, filed on 25 July 2023).
